Our Managing Director, David Morgan has over 20 years experience in top tier mergers and acquisitions having worked for J.P.Morgan and Highbury Partnership advising corporates and governments around the world on mergers and acquisitions. David has a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and a Bachelor of Laws (1st Class Honours) from Bond University.
Having seen first hand the poor quality of service that business owners receive from the mid tier business broking market, David decided he could make a difference by bringing first class top tier expertise and service to the mid market and help business owners get the results they deserve at a fraction of the price of top tier firms.
