Our Managing Director, David Morgan has over 20 years experience in top tier mergers and acquisitions having worked for J.P.Morgan and Highbury Partnership advising corporates and governments around the world on mergers and acquisitions. David has a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and a Bachelor of Laws (1st Class Honours) from Bond University.
